Doug founded Wolsey Associates Ltd in 2001 after a 20 year career in the IT sector. Where he held senior management roles at: Software AG, Oracle, Pilot Software/SAP and DataMirror/IBM. Learned at Oracle working under UK founder Geoff Squires-to work towards recruiting people better than yourself-enabling you and the company to grow. Have used this maxim to hire the best available talent at board and management level to help my clients grow. Some client relationships are now in their 10th year.
